Quality assurance
Our QM system guarantees traceability & reproducibility
In hygiene-sensitive sectors such as the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, products and processes must meet the strictest standards to prevent contamination. BOLZ INTEC's quality assurance ensures that all GMP and EHEDG requirements are met.
In this way, we guarantee that all of the containers we produce are of consistently high quality, which enables consistent performance and safety for the end products. In addition, our QM system ensures that the origin of each container and the associated materials as well as the entire production process can be traced. Potential problems can be identified, rectified and avoided in the future. This is crucial for compliance with strict regulations and certification, as well as for ensuring quality and safety.
The range of our test methods
Documentation 2.1 and 3.1 according to DIN EN 10204
These standards specify requirements for the documentation of material tests in order to confirm the quality and conformity of the stainless steel surfaces supplied.
Radiographic testing (RT)
This method uses X-rays to detect any internal defects or irregularities in the stainless steel surfaces.
Dye penetrant testing (PT)
It enables the detection of surface cracks and porosities in stainless steel surfaces through the penetration of a fluorescent liquid.
Pressure test (LT)
This test checks the tightness of weld seams and surfaces by applying a certain amount of pressure.
Spectral analysis (XRF) for incoming and outgoing goods inspection (PMi)
This method analyzes the chemical composition of the stainless steel surfaces to ensure that they meet the specified requirements.
Ultrasonic wall thickness measurements (UT)
They are used to measure the thickness of stainless steel surfaces to ensure that they meet the required specifications.
Visual Inspection (VT)
This visual inspection detects visible surface defects such as cracks, scratches or unevenness.
Ferrite testing with a Fischer ferrite scope
This method determines the ferrite content in the stainless steel surfaces in order to evaluate their mechanical properties.
Surface roughness measurement, perthometer (µ)
This test measures the roughness of the stainless steel surfaces, which is important for the application and appearance.
Passive layer measurement KorroPad
It measures the thickness of the passive layer on the stainless steel surfaces, which is used to assess their corrosion resistance.
Digital X-ray system for weld seam inspection (Rö)
This method checks the quality of weld seams in stainless steel surfaces by using X-rays.
